RE: commentary by a pastor

After wading through the volume of ad hominem and false statements about Ron Paul, I was able to glean only three issues mentioned.

1. "would have all illegal drugs becoming legal"

I saw no logic or intellectual statement from the pastor regarding this issue, so, here is some from me . . .
Back when all drugs were legal there was far less drug related crime and drug abuse than there is today.
Criminalizing drugs only serves to increase their cost thereby spurring undesired activity.
Putting people in prison for mere possession of small amount of a substance intended for personal consumption
is absolutely repugnant to the principles of the Bible and the US Constitution.
There are already laws which increase the penalty for real"habeus corpus" crimes which are committed while under the influence of drugs.

2. "His national defense, or I should say non-nationaldefense, would spell the end of the nation."

This seems to be a wild leap to an unsupported conclusion.
A non-intervention policy (as hoped for by George Washington) does NOT constitute non-nationaldefense.
In fact, militarism can reduce national defense (and has, based statements of some former CIA).

3. "abandonment of Israel" ?

Ron Paul supports the sovereignty of Israel.

He does not want to to be directed by US.
What is there in this that indicates "abandonment of Israel" ?

This was just another of the many false statments made by this pastor against Ron Paul.

My conclusion :
I suggest you find another pasotr to glean information from.

If you want to know about the globalist puppet Newt Ginrich,
infowars.com is a place you could begin your research.
