Motion
Establish an ad-hoc committee to review current Central Committee constitution and by-laws.
1. Review current constitution and by-laws to be updated.
2. Update is to comply with Kansas State laws pertaining to such laws governing political party committees.
3. Committee shall consist of five members. Two central committee members. Three that are central committee or registered Republicans in the state of Kansas and/or Franklin County.
