Motion.
Establish an ad hoc committee to oversee the design and development of a web site.
1. Committee to be composed of five members, two being required to be central committee members. The other three can be central committee members but not required.
2. This committee shall be responsible for setting guidelines regarding who may participate on the web site and its sub-directories.
3. Committee responsible for rules of content to be place on web site and its sub-directories.
4. Develop the site in accordance with recommendations of committee.
5. Guide lines established by the ad hoc shall become a part of the by-laws upon approval of the Central Committee.
6. Review of the contract for web design and approve. Upon committee approval, it shall come before central committee for final approval.

Recommend people to serve on ad hoc committee.
