Mission Statement
The mission of G.O.P.H.E.R. is to support the Republican Party candidates on National, State, County and Local levels, to raise funds and educate citizens on issues, patriotism, and our U.S. Constitution, and to represent the Republicans of Franklin County Kansas.

Purpose:
G.O.P.H.E.R. will be a fund raising mechanism to help defray costs of postage, mailings, Headquarters rental, projects, events, purchase costs of buttons and bumper stickers for resale, and other expenses. Funds will be raised through member-ship fees to be offered at a $10.00 donation level. We are encouraging members to donate $20.12 for Campaign 2012.

Membership in G.O.P.H.E.R. will help us establish contact lists with information regarding emails, addresses, and phone numbers so that we can become an effective candidate support team.
Members will be issued a yearly membership card, be given a G.O.P.H.E.R. bumper sticker, receive an elephant bumper sticker, a copy of the U.S. Constitution, have access to our website, receive communications regarding activities, upcoming events, candidates, opportunities to volunteer, and help support our local Franklin County Kansas Republican Party by joining our local G.O.P.H.E.R. Club.
